You will provide second and third level support for critical applications, ensuring smooth operation and swift resolution of issues in a collaborative environment.
Provide administration and operational support for UP Education’s Moodle-based Learning Management System (LMS). This role is the central point of contact for business teams needing LMS support, assisting with course builds, troubleshooting, integration setup, and process documentation. Ensure the LMS runs smoothly and reliably for staff and students across the group, while also supporting rollouts for additional brands in Australia and New Zealand.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the Google Workspace platform, focusing on user lifecycle, automation, security, and optimization, as well as leading AI workflow development. You will build internal tools, integrate Google Workspace with other platforms, and partner with Security and Legal teams to ensure governance and compliance. In addition, you'll troubleshoot complex issues and mentor other engineers.
